Oud khmer was distilled from a single branch from a tree in Koh Kong, Cambodia, in 2018.
The branch was infected due to a wild ant nest causing huge resin production from the agarwood tree. It was distilled in a copper-steel alloy pot for 12 days.
Oud Khmer has a strong berry note bursting to come out in the opening of this oil. It soon develops into a complex melody of hints of tobacco, amber and incense. A fantastical creation by our partner artisan, this oud is a great way to step into the world of artisinal oud oils.
