Returns Policy

Return Period:

  • Our policy lasts for 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, if this time has elapsed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, and any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Return Process:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Contact support@nasmaroshan.co.uk for return address and further instructions.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted in the case of items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nasmaroshan.co.uk.

Sale Items and Exchanges:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@nasmaroshan.co.uk.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
