Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Once an order is placed and accepted, please allow a 48-hour processing window. This is when your items are prepared and dispatched.

  • Remote Destinations: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that orders destined for remote locations might experience delays beyond the specified shipping timeframe.

  • International Shipments: We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to minimize potential delays for our international customers. Note, however, that we cannot control or take responsibility for customs clearance delays.

Delivery Options

  • Standard: Royal Mail Signed For: 1st Class - £3.30. For questions or issues related to shipping addresses, please email support@nasmaroshan.com.

Returns

  • Duration: We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Beyond this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

  • Condition: Items returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you don’t see your refund, first recheck your bank statement. It might also be beneficial to contact your bank or credit card provider, as it can take some time for refunds to post.   • Sale Items: Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are excluded. For defective or damaged items, please reach out to us for an exchange.
