Mu'attar Al Amira

Going against tradition, we decided to put a different spin on bakhoor when making this mu'attar. We took some dugga oud wood and infused it with a mixture of sweet fruity essential oils, rose oil and sugar. We let this infuse into the wood before coating with another layer of sweet oils. The resulting smoke is a delicious smell of caramel and fruits mixed in with an alluring scent of amber and musk, creating an atmosphere of sensuality and beauty.
